Refund policy

You have 7 days from receiving your merchandise to request a return to receive STORE CREDIT only.

Return inquiries must be emailed to thecurvygirldepotllc@gmail.com before sending it back. Please include your name, name of the item, order number, size, and why you wish to return it. If the item is defective for any reason, please attach a photo to the email as well within three days; otherwise, there may not be another replacement. If the item is defective, we will issue a return label. Otherwise, the return cost is your responsibility.

The item must be in its original condition tags attached – unworn and unwashed, as well as no makeup stains or cigarette smoke smell.

If an item is requested for a return after the seven-day policy or has signs of being washed and worn, we reserve the right to not allow a refund to the account. If you wish to have the item shipped back to you, it’s your responsibility to pay the shipping cost.

Some items may appear different due to lighting.

All sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and jewelry are final sales! No returns!
